  • The short answer, no. While Pilates offers great benefits, CLUB BODY is a different kind of workout. Our classes are built around high intensity, low impact training that combines strength, cardio, core, balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance in one 45 minute session. Using slow, controlled movement under constant tension, CLUB BODY challenges your body in a way that feels focused, intense, and completely different from a traditional Pilates class.

  • Yes. CLUB BODY classes are challenging, but they are built for every(body). We welcome all fitness levels and believe the workout is about your own personal progress. It is you versus you. Our philosophy is simple: do what you can, stay with it, and do not give up. Our trainers offer modifications, adjustments, and hands on guidance as needed so you can move safely and confidently. For anyone new, BODY FUNDAMENTALS is the best place to start. It is still challenging, but focuses on slower transitions, extra support, and building confidence with the machine and movements. Because every(body) starts somewhere.

  • Yes. Come in with an open mind, good energy, and a willingness to try something new. It is completely normal to feel nervous before your first class, but our trainers will guide you through the machine, the movements, and any modifications you need. You do not need to be perfect. You just need to show up ready to move, listen, and give yourself a chance.

  • We’re excited you’re thinking about starting with CLUB BODY. Our classes are an efficient, effective way to build strength, improve endurance, and feel more connected to your body. • This workout is designed to work your muscles to muscle failure, so with that said, recovery is important! The amount of time your body needs to recover depends on your personal fitness level and nutrition. We recommend coming 3-4 times a week to get the best results. Our muscles and bodies cannot change without rest and time to rebuild, which is why we HIGHLY recommend taking two days off a week. This will allow your body to rebuild so you can see extraordinary changes to your body feeling stronger than ever.

  • One of the keys to an effective class is listening to the instructor and transition times. The less time we take transitioning from one exercise to the next, the more time you spend stimulating muscle fibers and keeping your heart rate up. This translates to more calories burned and making your body into a calorie burning machine throughout the day. Listen for your instructor’s cues and learn the crazy names of our exercises, this will make a big difference in utilizing your time in class effectively.
