WHAT IS CLUB body?
At CLUB BODY, we offer a high intensity, low impact workout designed to strengthen your body, challenge your control, and keep you moving with purpose.
Our signature 45 minute classes are performed on resistance based training machines using slow, controlled movements under constant tension. Each class is built to improve core strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and full body strength without the heavy impact of traditional high intensity workouts.
Every session combines expert programming, hands on instruction, and precise movement to create a workout that is intense, effective, and adaptable to every(body). Whether you are brand new or ready to push your limits, CLUB BODY meets you where you are and challenges you to stay strong through every second.
We built this as a club for every(body). A place to get stronger, move with intention, and feel fully connected to what your body can do.

Small Class Sizes! This means our instructors will be able to give you hands on help and motivation throughout the entire class. No more getting lost in the big group class.

There is no sugar coating it - our workouts are challenging. Each session will burn 400-600 calories and continually stretch your fitness limits.

It is an intense workout but it will always be LOW IMPACT… Every move is safe on the joints and spine. There is no jumping or heavy lifting. Only slow, controlled movements.

CLUB FULL BODY
45 MINUTES
A high energy, 45 minute, full body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, cardio, core, balance, and flexibility through high intensity, low impact training. Every class is programmed by CLUB BODY’s top lead trainers and combines expert routine design with hands on instruction to keep your heart rate high and your body challenged from start to finish. Performed on our resistance based training machines, each class uses slow, controlled movement under constant tension to target the upper body, lower body, and core. Intense, effective, and adaptable to all fitness levels.
This is a workout for every(body).
BODY fundamentals
45 MINUTES
New to CLUB BODY or want to sharpen your form? BODY FUNDAMENTALS is a 45 minute class built to help you understand the machine, slow down the movement, and learn how to move with control. You’ll still get the shake, the burn, and the full body challenge, but with more guidance, clearer transitions, and extra attention to alignment. This class is ideal for beginners, returning clients, or anyone who wants to build confidence before jumping into our signature class. Because every(body) starts somewhere.
