FAQs

BodyFormer
Is BodyFormer Pilates?
BodyFormer is a dynamic, group-friendly workout performed on a resistance-based reformer. Using spring-loaded resistance, every movement is designed to build strength, improve balance, challenge your core, and move your body with precision—all while remaining low impact on your joints.
Are classes suitable for all levels?
Yes. With expert programming and hands-on instruction, our slow, controlled movements under constant tension work for beginners, returning clients, and advanced movers alike.
I haven’t worked out in a while. Can I still take class?
Absolutely. We recommend starting with Body Fundamentals to learn the machine, slow down the movement, and build confidence before jumping into our signature class.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get set up on your reformer and meet your instructor.
What should I bring to class?
Bring water, a small towel, and grip socks if you have them. We provide everything else you need for a great session.
How often should I take BodyFormer?
Most members see the best results training 3–4 times per week, though even 2 classes a week will build strength and flexibility over time.
Are there age restrictions?
BodyFormer is built for every(body). Talk to our front desk about class recommendations for younger or older members.
